Inside this Treasure Chest box, you will find 20 individually wrapped pearls. Crack through the shell of rich milk chocolate into soft, silky smoth hazelnut praline. As the chocolate melts, the flavours gently entwine. We craft all our chocolates 'bean to bar' from the world’s great single estate cacaos and completely natural ingredients. Here we have even roasted the hazelnuts ourselves, to capture that amazing freshly roasted taste. Willie Harcourt-Cooze, chooclate pioneer and enthusiast started his journey in chocolate over 30 years growing cacao on his farm El Tesoro, high in the Venezuelan cloud forest. He later set up the UK's first Bean to Bar chocolate factory with the dream of introducing everyone to real chocolate. For the finest flavours, he takes up to 3 weeks to make his chocolate at low temperatures, where industrial chocolate is made in a few hours.
