Our blends showcase beans from across the coffee belt, from Colombia in Latin America through to Vietnam in Asia. Wherever possible, we buy our coffee direct from cooperatives and growers at origin, ensuring our sourcing is ethical and sustainable. On arrival, our coffee beans are blended and roasted for best body and flavour, to the same exacting standards every time.

Bean types 

Arabica beans are grown at higher altitudes producing a soft, balanced flavour. Our decaff house blend is decaffeinated to retain the flavour and aromatics of the origin beans.  

Roasting 

Our Decaff house blend is roasted to a precise time, temperature and colour. This coffee is slow roasted to produce a smooth malty flavour. 

Filter coffee machines 

Follow manufacturer's instructions. 

Cafetières 

For 1 serving, add 1 tablespoon of coffee to 200ml "off the boil" water. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes before plunging.
