Despite being the number one killer of children in the UK, childhood cancer receives less than 3% of cancer research funding. As a result, one in five children won’t survive. The treatments available are outdated and designed for adults, leaving many survivors with lifelong complications, and too few doctors are specialising in childhood cancer to make things better.

We refuse to accept that.

The Azaylia Foundation was created in memory of Azaylia Diamond Cain, who passed away from cancer at just 8 months old. Her light lives on in our mission: to fund more PhDs and their research, to create a brighter future for children with cancer.
