Honey for Life Marri TA35 Honey Raw West Australian Honey 260g
Description
Marri TA35+ Honey Raw West Australian Honey 260g
Marri TA35+ is verified by Laboratory testing. It is also Low GI.
The flavour starts with a vibrant balance of rich, ripe-raisin-led, dried fruit flavours that evolves to a fruit-toffee sweetness with raspberry cola notes and finally resulting in a smooth toasted caramel finish.
PROVENANCE Marri TA35+ honey is sourced from endemic Ancient Jarrah Giant forests, which are only found in an Internationally recognised EcoClimate in the South-West of Western Australia. Marri trees are generous – as they flower every year. HEALTHY BEES Western Australia is home to one of only two healthy bee populations in the world. Which is why our honey can be 100% raw and not treated by heat or chemicals.
The anti-bacterial activity of honey is derived via natural enzymes and chemicals in the honey that originate from the flower that the nectar has been collected. The Honey’s anti-microbial strength is measured by the term “Total Activity (TA)”. The TA is a bacteria killing scale; the higher the TA the greater the antimicrobial strength.
