A peaty-smoky Scotch malt whisky unlike any other peaty-smoky Scotch malt whisky. That's because it's our own blend of single malt whiskies creating a style no single distillery can create.
This is a malt whisky brimming with peat smoke character and accented by delicate notes of fruit and baking spice.
It is balanced and full on the palate with a sweet impression and a very long finish.
Sometimes we like drinking it with an ice cube and a splash of water, sometimes we like it neat. Equally, we like it as a highball, with ice and effervescent soda water. This is also one of the whiskies that was used in the invention of the Penicillin cocktail.
