How to:
- 1. Apply: apply the cream gel using both hands, with light smoothing motions, from the ankles and moving up to the waist. Repeat the movement
- 2. Drain: with both hands, carry out draining-pressure movements on each side of the ankle, moving up to the waist. Repeat this movement 6 times. Do the same on the other leg
- 3. Pump: with both hands, encircle the knee while carrying out draining-pumping movements with the fingertips on the back of the knee. Repeat the movement 3 times
- 4. Stimulate: then with both hands flat, one on top of the other, carry out draining-pressure movements below and in the hollow of the groin. Repeat the movement 3 times
- 5. Smooth: with the fists, carry out alternating smoothing motions on the inside, top, and outside of the thigh. Repeat the alternating movement 5 times on each zone, then repeat on the other leg
