Place into the casserole dish on top of beef. Add approximately 500ml stock or sauce and seasoning. Tightly cover with foil or lid and place in the oven. Cook. The meat should be tender when pierced with a meat fork. Once cooked transfer the cooking liquor into a clean saucepan and reduce to a glossy rich gravy, then pour back over the meat ready to serve. Storage Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months.
